Is it free during beta?
Yes, beta access is free. At launch, founder pricing applies for early members.
Do I need a wearable?
No. A wearable deepens the Body read, but capture-first flows work with just your phone.
Android?
iOS first. Android is on the long list, honestly not the short one.
Is my health data used to train AI?
No. Cloud AI is off until you allow it, and it is reached only through TIDES' own backend. See the privacy notes for exactly what leaves the device and when.
What does Founding Member actually get me?
